Resolving conflict is one of the most important skills a relationship needs. Unfortunately, it's also one that most of us lack because we don't have cultural norms in place and don't have rites of passage. We're suffering from the same things our parents suffered.
Although you can choose your mate, you can't control them! A lot of our conflict comes from expecting the Other to do things the way we would.
