Gratitude
The Golden Gift of Love
Are you grateful for what you've been through, the people and opportunities in your life, and the future you are inviting?
Sometimes we're naturally grateful. Other times we may feel pressured to be grateful, to get along with others or to have achieved. This is NOT our cultural understanding of gratitude.
Gratitude practices won't actually benefit us if they're a mask for real criticism or forced when you don't mean it. It's hard to get to gratitude in this time of resentment, disappointment and stress!
Gratitude helps us stay in the present. When we're grateful, we can access our spiritual needs of Growth and Contribution. We can also honor the the most important people in our lives for their uniqueness instead of fighting them to be just like us.
What are the ways you show your gratitude to yourself and others?
This class will introduce how to go beyond just saying, "thank you" superficially. Do the people you love feel that you appreciate them? Do they know what you appreciate about them? You'll also learn the importance of creating gratitude rituals for you and your social circle.
Gratitude is a special emotion that gifts you improved health, better sleep, presence and better relationships... with Self and Others.
